THURSDAY 4th August

Irish and Celtic music concert with two contrasting approaches to the genre. Tickets £12.00 (£6.00)

LAST NIGHT'S FUN are nothing short of legendary for their live performances and relentless touring. "Nothing can prepare you for their live act", so say Living Tradition. Last Night's Fun make you laugh, they make friends with you, make you feel at home. Then they pin you to the wall with a bristling, soulful music that will leave you wondering just how two Englishmen and an Irishman might change what you thought Irish music could be. So great is their reputation as good-time entertainers that it has taken the world six years to realise just how good Last Night's Fun really are. Tempered was Mojo Album of the Month in Aug 2004 ("a key soundtrack to the year.. irresistible"), while The Guardian's review of Cambridge Folk Festival this year devoted more column inches to Last Night's Fun than any other act.

Irish Music Magazine billed them as "the most exciting and entertaining traditional Irish music band in England"
